David Maertens
David Maertens is a co-founder of orderBilly, a role he has held since October 2021. He is based in Gent.
From September 2012 to November 2021 he worked as a creative at TBWA\Belgium, and over a shorter but overlapping period, between July 2017 and November 2021, he was the founder of De Nachtkoerier. From January 2008 to November 2021 he was also employed at DMstudio as a second activity. Earlier, he was a creative intern at Publicis Brussels in 2012 and at The Crew Communication from 2010 to 2011. Between August 2011 and October 2016 he served as a group leader and board member at Scouts & Gidsen Sint-Gerulfus Drongen.
He studied Art Direction at LUCA School of Arts from 2009 to 2012. In 2008 and 2009 he followed photography at CVO Kisp and graphic sciences at VISO Mariakerke, having completed secondary education in sciences and mathematics at Don Bosco Zwijnaarde between 2003 and 2008.
