David Sergeant
David Sergeant is the founder of ipragroup and is based in Dallas. Since January 2016 he has also been energy manager for the Dallas Division of The Kroger Company.
Before that he spent from April 2007 to November 2015 at JCPenney as an energy project manager, and from January 2002 to April 2007 he was energy manager at McKinney I.S.D. He held a national account sales role at Schneider Electric between May 1999 and January 2002, having worked as energy manager at Hurst-Euless-Bedford I.S.D from May 1994 to May 1999. During the first half of 1996 he was an instructor at Tarrant County College. He began his career as a facilities engineer at L-3 Integrated Systems Group (E-Systems) from April 1991 to May 1994.
He studied construction engineering at East Texas A&M University, taking a Bachelor of Science.
