Deepak Jaiswal

Deepak Jaiswal is a co-founder of Proove, a position he has held since May 2015. He is based in Sheffield. He has also been a director of The Green Care Group since January 2011, and between March 2022 and July 2025 he was a co-founder of The Barber Shop, Hertford.

Jaiswal spent just over a decade at K2 Group, comprising K2 Partnering Solutions and K2 Human Capital Solutions. He joined in September 1999 in sales, became sales director in 2002, was appointed European CEO in July 2006 and then CEO in September 2007, remaining in that role until October 2010.

He was educated at Birkdale School and studied management at The University of Manchester, graduating with a BSc Hons in 1999.
