Didier Serteyn

Didier Serteyn is chief executive of Revatis, based in Liège. He joined Revatis as chief scientific officer in 2014, a role he continues to hold, and became managing director in 2018. Since 2007 he has also been chief scientific officer of Bioptis, and since 2000 a managing partner of the Mont-le-Soie, Equine Research Center.

From October 1995 to October 2024 he was a professor at the University of Liège, holding the qualifications DVM, PhD, Dipl ECVAA and Dipl ECVSMR. He studied veterinary medicine at the University of Liège, completing his degree in 1982.

His stated areas of expertise are creativity and innovation, stem cells, exosomes, regenerative medicine, and research and development.
