Didier Wiot

Didier Wiot is a bus driver based in Bordeaux, working for Keolis Bordeaux Métropole Mobilités since September 2023. He had joined Keolis Aquitaine in April 2014 as a school bus driver, then drove buses and coaches from January 2015, covering evening services from September 2020 until September 2023. He prepared for that work at ECF, obtaining a permis D in 2013 and a FIMO Voyageurs qualification in 2014.

From January 2000 to July 2013 he was at Bouygues Telecom, first as a customer adviser, then as an expert customer adviser from March 2001, as an assistant project manager in 2012 and finally as a customer service support analyst. Earlier he was a postman with Le Groupe La Poste from 1995 to 2000, an optical fitter and salesman at AFFLELOU Groupe, sole accountant at Providange, a Carrefour subsidiary, and head of an accounting section at Carrefour from 1988 to 1991. He began his career as a customer contact agent at BRED in 1985 and as a teller at Banque de l'Union Occidentale, after a year as an auxiliary gendarme at the École des officiers de la gendarmerie nationale.
