Diederick Splinter
Diederick Splinter is the founder and CEO of OrderLemon, a company he started in April 2022. He is based in Amersfoort.
Before founding OrderLemon, he led the Open.nl Software Group as CEO through 2021. He spent nine years at Incentro, first as manager of Process & Content Services from January 2012 and then, from May 2017 to December 2020, as director of Incentro Digital Transformation. His earlier career included seven years at Inter Access, where he was corporate account manager for local government, moved into solution sales for e-government solutions and then managed the public sector unit until the end of 2011. He began at Imtech ICT Brocom, where he worked as an account manager from February 2000 to December 2004.
Splinter studied Bedrijfskunde en Sales and Marketing at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1997 to 2000, having previously attended Hotelschool. He completed the Mansal Directie training between 2019 and 2020 and a Rocket.Chat course on team collaboration in June 2022.
