Dieter D'hondt

Dieter D'hondt co-founded Jobtoolz in 2016 alongside Jochen Callens in Kortrijk. The platform combines an applicant tracking system, employer branding module, and recruitment marketing tools for SME employers. Jobtoolz grew to a commercially successful product through organic revenue without external VC funding before being acquired by ISH Holding in July 2023.
