Dirk Slootmaekers
Dirk Slootmaekers is the owner and chief technology officer of ideal-systems, based in Brussels. He has held that position since September 1997, when he founded the company. Before that, he was development manager at POSA from September 1994 to September 1997. He studied at the University of Antwerp from 1991 to 1994, where he took a master's degree in mathematics and computer science.
