Dirk Van Ginderachter

Dirk Van Ginderachter is chief operating officer and a co-founder of horizon-solutions, and is based in Mere. Since December 2025 he has also worked as a self-employed consultant.

From September 1988 to April 1999 he was a partner, accountant and tax consultant at Algemeen Fiscaal en Boekhoudkundig Secretariaat BVBA, and from May 1999 to March 2009 he was a partner, manager, accountant and tax consultant at BDV Accountants & Belastingconsulenten BVBA. He then spent close to fifteen years at ATC & Partners BV, first as partner, manager, accountant and tax consultant from April 2009 to September 2018, then as accountant and tax consultant until June 2019, and finally as a certified tax accountant until December 2023.

He studied commercial sciences at VLEKHO Business School Brussel in 1985 and 1986, took a graduate degree in business administration at HONIM from 1986 to 1988, and completed a postgraduate course in fiscal sciences at the Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel between 1988 and 1990. He attended secondary school in economics at Heilig Kruiscollege Denderleeuw from 1981 to 1985.
