Dominic Muyldermans
Dominic Muyldermans is a co-founder of 3bio and has been its co-CEO since December 2023. He is based in Brugge. He has also been legal counsel at CropLife International since November 2011, and he has worked as an independent legal professional through Dominic Muyldermans BV since August 2011.
From June 2016 to December 2023 he was a senior legal advisor at ABS-int. Earlier he was senior counsel at Bayer Crop Science from April 2005 to November 2011, and an attorney at Allen & Overy from October 2000 to March 2005, during which he spent June to November 2004 as a seconded legal counsel at Borealis.
He studied law at KU Leuven, graduating cum laude in 1999, completed a maîtrise magna cum laude at the Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III) in 1998 and an LL.M with merit at UCL in 2000. He later studied Chinese language and culture at the Universiteit Gent Language Institute and took an introduction to biotechnology at Ghent University. He attended Sint-Jan Berchmanscollege Mol.
