Dorian Duraku

Dorian Duraku is a co-founder of HARGILE - innovative solutions, where he works as artificial intelligence lead engineer. He is based in Brussels and has held a founding role at the company, including as chief technology officer, since January 2025.

In 2025 he also worked at Belfius as a data engineer for operational performance, between May and November, having previously spent the summer of 2023 there as a software engineer working on performance monitoring. Earlier, from March to October 2021, he was a full-stack web developer at MolenGeek. Between 2016 and 2020 he worked as a student in ramp handling at Swissport, and from 2014 to 2016 as a student sales and reception assistant at C&A.

Duraku studied astrophysics and cosmology at the Université libre de Bruxelles from 2017 to 2020. He went on to study computer software engineering at 42 Belgium from 2021 to 2024, and since April 2024 has been enrolled there in a master's degree (RNCP 7) in artificial intelligence and databases, due to finish in 2026.
