
Edwin Rozie
Edwin Rozie is the founder and chief executive of ativo, a company he started in January 2020 and runs from Mechelen. Between May 2018 and September 2022 he was also a co-founder of GDPRtest.be.
Before that he spent just over a year at Acerta as a scrum master and agile PMO, from October 2018 to December 2019. He had joined BNP Paribas Fortis in September 2010 as a program management officer, adding project leader duties from January 2013 and scrum master responsibilities from July 2014 until September 2018. Earlier he was a business unit manager at Altran from June 2008 to August 2010, and at Thomson Telecom he worked as a test automation engineer from October 2006 and as process quality assurance coordinator from June 2007, in both cases until May 2008.
He studied at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, taking a master's in engineering between 2001 and 2006 and a master's in management between 2008 and 2010. During the 2004-2005 academic year he was president of the Bureau van Studentenvertegenwoordiging VUB.
