Ellie Gonay

Ellie Gonay is a co-founder of Kando Care and is based in Charleroi. She co-founded the company in June 2022, where she was head of product and customer experience until January 2025, when she took up the role of chief customer officer.

From September 2017 to March 2025 she was director of the Résidence l'Arcadie rest and care home.

Gonay studied at the Haute Ecole 'Léonard de Vinci', Bruxelles, where she completed a bachelor's degree in psychology between 2009 and 2012, a level 4 specialisation certificate in psychogeriatrics, and a programme in the direction and management of rest homes.
