Emma Balimaka

Emma Balimaka is the co-founder of Sanza, a company she started in August 2023 and which is based in Brussels. Between February 2024 and March 2025 she was a start-up owner at Start it @KBC.

During 2024 she worked with Hype Nyx Consulting as a digital consultant and as digital project manager on the Sultani/Makutano and Congolese Battery Council projects. Earlier, from January 2020 to January 2023, she was the founder of Get Off My Broom.

Her earlier career centred on Salesforce work: she was a Salesforce consultant at Ink Consulting, a digital project manager for Salesforce at Spadel, a Salesforce administrator at Radisson Hotel Group, and worked on Salesforce implementation at LVMH Client Services. Before that she was a store manager at KIKO MILANO, a sales and charity supervisor at LUSH, and an art director intern with Kurt Stallaert in 2011.

She studied with Trailhead by Salesforce from 2018 to 2023, completed a herbalism certificate at the Centre de Formation à Distance in 2021, and took the CS50 Understanding Technology course in 2024. Her stated expertise covers Salesforce.com implementation, customer relationship management, communication, change management and agile methodologies.
