Eric Dirix
Eric Dirix is a co-founder of bcheck and its chief technology officer, and is based in Brussels. He co-founded the company in May 2017 and took up the CTO role in April 2019.
Before that, Dirix spent much of his career in the energy sector. He joined SPE-Luminus in May 2004 as a senior resource and planning manager, remaining until July 2010, and then worked at EDF Luminus from August 2010 to March 2019 as external services manager for print and mail. Earlier, he was an engineering manager at Philips from August 1987 to December 2003.
Dirix studied at Erasmushogeschool Brussel, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts between 1978 and 1982, and at H.R.I.T.C.S., where he took a bachelor's degree in image over the same period.
