Evert Heylen

Evert Heylen is a co-founder of chuuchuu, a company he started in March 2025. He is based in Antwerp.

Before that, he was a software developer at Infopunt Publieke Ruimte from February 2024 to February 2025. From October 2021 to July 2024 he was a co-founder of Ecobite, and between October 2019 and September 2021 he worked as a software developer at MyCellHub. Earlier, he held short student developer positions at ML2Grow in July 2018, at Apicbase from August to September 2017 and at InfoFarm in August 2016.

Heylen studied computer science at the University of Antwerp, where he completed a Bachelor of Science between 2014 and 2017, and went on to a Master of Engineering in computer science at KU Leuven from 2017 to 2019.
