Fabrice Maquignon

Fabrice Maquignon joined Mediagenix as Chief Executive Officer in February 2020, the same year that Belgian private equity firm Sofindev took a strategic stake in the company. He was tasked with guiding the firm's breakthrough as a mature global SaaS player.

Before Mediagenix he spent thirteen years as CEO of Transwide and Teleroute, both part of the Alpega Group, an international transport management software vendor. He continued as a portfolio CEO at Alpega following the 2019 appointment of Todd DeLaughter as Alpega group CEO. At Connectival 2018 he and inet CEO Oswald Werle described the business as "a people business" increasingly Driven by software, and he led the expansion of Alpega's freight exchange network including the integration of Wtransnet.

At Mediagenix he has led international expansion with offices across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, oversaw the 2022 acquisition of UK-based BeBanjo, the 2024 acquisition of French content recommendation specialist Spideo, and the 2024 absorption of the program management business of a North American broadcast adtech vendor that established a US headquarters in Miami.
