Fen Lasseel

Fen Lasseel is Managing Director of Datashift, based in Leuven. He joined the company as a senior consultant in March 2018 and progressed through it, becoming manager in June 2019, senior manager in June 2021 and director in June 2024, before taking up his current role in June 2025.

Prior to Datashift, he worked in business development at SkyFresh from June 2016 to March 2018, overlapping with a period as coordinator of network and events at YAN - Young Airfreight Network from May 2017. He began his career at Bakala Academy, where he was a professional coach, tester and trainer from September 2013 and then business development coordinator from July 2015 to June 2016.

Lasseel studied at KU Leuven, completing a master of physical education and kinesiology in 2012, a master in management in 2013, a master of business economics in financial economics in 2015 and postgraduate studies in big data and analytics in business and management in 2017.
