Florence Woitrin

Florence Woitrin is head of operations and chief operating officer at o2o, based in Ottignies. She took up that role at o2o Bicycle Leasing in October 2025 and has also held the position of head of operations and COO at UBike since May 2025. She joined UBike in January 2021 as an account manager, became head of operations in September 2021 and added responsibility for customer success from January 2024.

Before UBike, she spent five years at Delhaize Belgium as a consumer insights and strategy manager from May 2013 to April 2018, and worked at Ipsos as a research project manager from September 2007 to May 2013. Earlier she was a project coordinator and sales analyst at Petit Bateau from 2005 to 2007, following a short period as a junior product manager assistant at EF Education in late 2005.

She holds a master's in translation in French, English and Spanish from ILMH - Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci, a master's in management science from the Université catholique de Louvain (IAG), and completed further training in sustainable development at the Université de Namur between 2019 and 2020.
