Florent Hainaut
Florent Hainaut is the founder of Cuustomer, which he started in June 2018, and is based in Brussels. Since June 2009 he has also been a partner at Bridgewater Consulting. He began his career in September 2008 as a consultant at JP Gray, a role he held until June 2009.
Hainaut studied at Athénée Robert Catteau until 2002, then took a master's degree in economics at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2002 to 2006, including an Erasmus period in economics at the University of Valencia in 2005. In 2007 he obtained a certificate in international business at Swinburne University of Technology, and from 2007 to 2008 he completed a master's degree in international business economics at KU Leuven.
