Francois Moonen
Francois Moonen is the CEO of Elysia-raytest, based in Liège. He has held that role at Elysia-raytest GmbH since October 2015, and he founded Elysia s.a. in May 2014, where he has been CEO since. He has also been the owner of Xovelis sprl since October 2007, and between December 2011 and December 2013 he worked at Xovelis as a PEB certifier for the Région Wallonne.
Earlier, he was a business developer at Precical from September 2012 to August 2014, an R&D consultant in medical device and polymers expertise at Novalon from March 2012 to April 2014, and the owner of Bordures & Jardins from November 2011 to April 2014. He was an administrateur of ARLENDA from October 2005 to October 2012. From 1999 to October 2005 he was operations and services start up manager at AGC Automotive Europe, and from 1996 to 1999 a project engineer at L'Oreal S.A.
He studied chemical engineering at the University of Liège from 1991 to 1996, after attending Saint Roch Ferrières.
