François-Xavier Hubert
François-Xavier Hubert is a co-founder of aboleris-pharma.
Before that, he worked in local government. From 2009 to 2015 he was with the Communauté d'agglomération Ventoux Comtat Venaissin, first heading the service responsible for roads, buildings, new works and public lighting, then, from 2013 to 2015, running a technical centre. He had previously been head of the service covering roads, utility networks, sanitation, cleaning and the environment at the Ville de Carpentras from 2005 to 2009, and deputy director of technical services at the Ville de DIE (Drôme) from 2004 to 2005. Between 1998 and 2003 he was a technician at the Communauté Urbaine de Strasbourg, working on major drinking water projects and on public space projects, and from 1995 to 1998 he was a site manager for public works and road and utility networks at KESSER (bouygues Alsace).
He took a BTS in public works at the Lycée technique du Corbusier between 1990 and 1993.
