Frans Harren is a co-founder of aerocount and is based in The Hague. Since June 2023 he has also been a senior data analyst at De Goudse.
Earlier, he was a business analyst and functional manager for data at the Rijksoverheid from 2019 to 2023, and a business intelligence specialist at Combilo B.V. between 2021 and 2022. He worked as a software engineer at L M Fernandes Sistemas in 2016 and 2017, and was an application manager at the Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst from 2010 to 2012. At Capgemini he was a senior application developer and then a senior application consultant between 2009 and 2012, and he was a software engineer at Dienst Werk en Inkomen, Gemeente Amsterdam from 2009 to 2010. His earlier career included roles at Getronics PinkRoccade, PinkRoccade, Delta Lloyd, COIN, AEGON, ANWB, AXA, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Brokat and DP Finance, beginning in 1997.
Harren studied technische informatica at Delft University of Technology and took a bachelor's degree in software engineering at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where he later completed an MBA in data analytics. He also studied at Fundação Universidade Federal do Tocantins, Universidade Paulista and Faculdade de Educação São Luís.
