Frederic Maisieres
Frederic Maisieres is Managing Director of go4green, a position he has held since April 2018, and has been Chief Executive Officer of IDEX Belgium since December 2023.
He spent more than two decades at Caterpillar Inc., joining as a process engineer in October 1997 and becoming a leading foreman in March 2001. From September 2001 he worked as a project leader and Six Sigma Black Belt, and from November 2006 as project manager, NPI coordinator and CPS deployment champion. He was appointed operations manager in January 2013 and subsequently held plant manager roles from December 2014 and from July 2015 until April 2018.
Maisieres studied at the Université catholique de Louvain, where he completed a master's degree in mechanical engineering between 1992 and 1997 and a master's degree in management between 2002 and 2004.
