
Frederic Szikora
Frederic Szikora is co-founder and chief operating officer of Novutech, a company he co-founded in May 2019. He is based in Brussels. Since November 2019 he has been a lauréat of Réseau Entreprendre Bruxelles.
Before founding Novutech, he spent close to five years at Deloitte, from September 2014 to April 2019, as a senior consultant working on NetSuite Cloud ERP. Earlier he was an accounting analyst at UPS on a temporary replacement contract in 2014, and a financial analyst at Rexel Holdings USA, Corp. on an international internship from October 2013 to April 2014. He completed an internship at Umicore in financial and credit management in early 2013, and led a project at the student organisation LSM Conseil between 2011 and 2012.
Szikora holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in business engineering from the Université catholique de Louvain and the Louvain School of Management, and spent an exchange period at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella studying business economics. In 2016 he obtained a certificate in business controlling from Ichec Brussels Management School.
