Frederik Grove

Frederik Grove is co-founder of Alice, where he has headed machine learning and A.I. since October 2021. He is based in Antwerp.

Before co-founding Alice, he was a data scientist at KasparSolutions from July 2020 to October 2021. He spent the preceding decade at Ghent University, joining as a junior researcher in August 2010, working as a PhD student from September 2011 to December 2014, and continuing as a post-doctoral researcher from January 2015 until April 2020, a period during which he also held a position as senior researcher and assistant professor from February 2018.

His degrees are all from Ghent University: a master's in communication sciences completed in 2010, a PhD in communication sciences in 2014, and a master's in statistical data analysis and computational statistics studied between 2016 and 2019.
