Frederik Van Steen

Frederik Van Steen is Chief Operating Officer of PimLayer, a role he took up in January 2025. He is based in Gent.

Before joining PimLayer, he worked at Candriam as an RFP Analyst from September 2021 to January 2025. Earlier in 2021 he was a Risk Analyst at AG REAL ESTATE, and in the first half of 2019 he completed a marketing internship at Aware.

He studied Marketing at HOGENT, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2019, and went on to Ghent University for a Master of Science in Finance & Riskmanagement, which he completed in 2021. In 2024 he followed the Executive Programme on Asset Management at Vlerick Business School.
