Gabriel Willems

Gabriel Willems is Chief Operating Officer at Keystone Solutions, a role he took up in April 2024. He is based in Brussels.

Before joining Keystone Solutions, he was Head of Digital Product Management at paradigm.brussels from July 2021 to March 2024. He had previously spent over six years at CIRB_CIBG, first as manager and head of architecture from March 2015 and then as Head of Architecture & Development from March 2016 until July 2021.

Earlier, Willems worked at RealDolmen between 2013 and 2015, where he was a solutions architect and also served as High Performance Workplace South people manager. From 2009 to 2013 he was at Alfea Consulting as an ECM consultant and as ECM competence center manager. He was a Java consultant at Aubay from 2008 to 2009, a software engineer working on portal and CMS at Swiss Life and, before that, in the same capacity at the Université catholique de Louvain. He began as a freelance developer in 2004.

Willems studied computer sciences at the Université libre de Bruxelles, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in 2003.
