Gaëtan Hanen
Gaëtan Hanen is the founder of Seen-apps, which he started in April 2016. He is also co-founder of Sweet Move, founded in September 2015, and founder of Hconsult SNC, which he set up in January 2014.
From January 2011 to November 2015 he led Equip Consult at Equip'. Before that he was HR manager at Unilin Panels from July 2007 to January 2011, HR coordinator at TNT from April 2003 to July 2007, and worked in human resources at John Cockerill from September 2000 to April 2003. He began his career at ArcelorMittal Belgium in September 1998, where he was responsible for HR in a refrigeration sector subsidiary until September 2000.
Hanen studied human resources management at HENAM from 1996 to 1999 and took a master's in labour sciences at the Université catholique de Louvain from 1999 to 2003. He later trained at the Institute of NeuroCognitivism as a practitioner in the neurocognitive and behavioural approach and in bio-systemics, and completed levels 1 and 2 of the Palo Alto approach at the Institut Gregory Bateson in 2016.
