Gaston Golstein

Gaston Golstein is the CEO and Head of Design of duplex, a role he has held since July 2020. He is based in Brussels.

Before that he worked as a freelance industrial designer for Yann Dessauvages between September 2017 and September 2018, overlapping with an internship as a product designer at Mekanika from September 2017 to June 2018. Earlier in 2017 he was a freelance industrial designer at The Skateroom and completed an internship with Edith Dekyndt. In June 2015 he undertook an internship at Minale Design Strategy.

Golstein studied neuroscience with cognitive science at the University of Sussex, graduating with a BSc in 2015, and then took a bachelor's degree in industrial design at the Ecole nationale supérieure des Arts visuels de 'La Cambre' from 2015 to 2018. He completed a master's degree in design product at the Royal College of Art between 2018 and 2020.
