Gauthier co-founded PropEase alongside CTO Jilin He. He has a background at Solvay and built PropEase into an AI Document Agent that handles document classification, indexing, and auto-naming for compliance, due diligence, and reporting tasks in real estate. The platform integrates with SharePoint, cloud environments, and CRMs, and was recognised by the European PropTech Association as one of Belgium's leading proptech innovators.
