Gauthier Willemse
Gauthier co-founded Mindoo in 2025 alongside Bart Lens. As a physician, he experienced firsthand how much clinical time is consumed by repetitive administrative and coordination tasks. Before Mindoo, he founded Rotayo, a platform addressing healthcare staff shortages by streamlining visa and licensing processes for international medical professionals.
Mindoo builds configurable AI agents that act as scalable extensions of hospital workforces, automating tasks from pre-consultation patient history collection to real-time consultation note-taking, administration, and language barrier management. The company raised EUR 5M in seed funding led by 6DC and Syndicate One, with strategic angel investors. Within less than a year of founding, Mindoo completed pilots with several leading Belgian hospitals.Career Highlights
