Geert Van Hoye
Geert Van Hoye is the founder of Pro-Pay, where he has served as a senior strategic board advisor since April 2026 and as chairman of the board since June 2023. He is based in Brussels. He led the company as chief executive officer from July 2001 until June 2023.
Before that, Van Hoye spent nearly a decade at Deloitte, where he was manager of the payroll department at Deloitte Belgium from November 1991 to June 2001. He began his career as a payroll consultant at Eurostandard between October 1989 and October 1991. Since March 1997 he has also been a board member and promoter of Fonnefeesten.
He studied for a bachelor's degree as a maatschappelijk adviseur at howest-hiepso from 1985 to 1988, and between 1989 and 1991 took a special degree in labour law and social security legislation with the Brabant Services group.
