Geoffrey Mormal

Mormal started R&D on autonomous drones in 2012 and established ALX Systems in 2016. After a 2023 bankruptcy triggered by supply chain disruptions, he reacquired and restructured the company around fully integrated, in-house systems covering airframe, avionics, propulsion, and software.

As CEO he leads ALX Systems' loitering munition programme and oversees deployment efforts including the announced testing of autonomous kamikaze drones in Ukraine.
