
Gerry Bosmans is chief executive officer of dw-plastics, based in Halen, and has been chief executive officer of DW Reusables since June 2025. Since June 2024 he has also been the owner of bosXcon. Between October 2024 and May 2025 he was group CEO of Water Is Life Group.
Bosmans spent thirteen years at Kuehne+Nagel, joining in June 2011 as general manager of Campus Kempen, then serving as managing director of contract logistics for BeLux from May 2014 and for BeNeLux from January 2021 until June 2024. Before that he was supply chain director at Avery Dennison, operations director at MGG, supply chain manager at Griffith Foods and supply chain manager at Philips Matsushita Battery Corporation from October 1997.
He holds a Master of Business Engineering in operations management from Hasselt University and studied production and inventory management at the University of Antwerp, negotiation at Vlerick Business School and lean manufacturing at Ghent University, where he obtained a Black Belt. He also completed programmes in project management and in leadership and change management at AMI Consultancy. His stated expertise covers business strategy, executive leadership, business growth strategies, customer centricity and integrated supply chain orchestration.
