Gerry Pelgrims
Gerry Pelgrims is Chief Operating Officer of epi-company, based in Leuven. He took up that role in July 2025, having joined EPI Company in March 2023 as Chief Market Roll Out Officer.
Before that he spent five years at Deloitte, where he was Payments & FinTech Leader from March 2018 to February 2023 and EMEA Payments Practice Leader from September 2020. He worked at Worldline Global from January 2008 to February 2018 in its Financial Processing Services business, first as Business Line Director, then as IT Director and subsequently as Sales & Strategy Director. He also sat on the advisory board of SiNSYS between March 2009 and December 2011. Earlier, he was Programme Manager for the Financial Services Industry at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2003 to 2007, and a project manager at AC Partners from 2000 to 2002.
Pelgrims studied at KA Keerbergen and at KU Leuven, where he took a master's in informatics, a master's in artificial intelligence, a science teaching qualification and a postgraduate in business administration.
