Gilles Meignin
Gilles Meignin is a co-founder of insurgate, which he started in April 2017, and is based in Waterloo.
Before that he worked at JLL, where he was head of global data and information management at JLL France from September 2016 to January 2017, then Benelux director for global data and information management from January to June 2017.
Meignin spent the earlier part of his career at IMS Health, joining in September 1996 as a statistics and quality associate. He went on to hold a series of roles there, as statistics and quality manager from 1999 to 2007, production and quality manager from 2007 to 2009, senior manager for client delivery from 2009 to 2012, senior manager for operations from 2012 to 2013, and OneKey director from June 2014 to December 2015.
He studied mathematics at the Université libre de Bruxelles from 1990 to 1995, and followed a course in management du médicament et de l'industrie pharmaceutique at the IFB - Institute for Pharmaceutical Business Administration in 2008 and 2009.
