Glenn Van Dael

Glenn Van Dael is a co-founder of Header - Mental Health Companion, which he started in July 2024. Based in Kruibeke, he also holds several other current positions: senior advisor at Phoenx since June 2024, managing director of Rejuvenate Biomed Partners since March 2022, managing director of REIKAN since January 2018, and a member of the board of directors of Rejuvenate Biomed since November 2017.

Between April 2021 and June 2024 he worked at PwC Belgium, first in data and then in advisory. He was managing director of Modis Belgium from 2018 to 2021 and CEO of Modis Life Sciences BE from 2018 to 2020, and sat on the Adecco DIRCOM Belgium executive committee from 2019 to 2020. He founded CMAST in May 2009 and remained there until December 2018.

Earlier, he held roles at RealDolmen between 2005 and 2009 as sales director, business development director BeNe and business strategy manager, and before that at CSC as country manager BeNeLux and senior consultant, at Atos as project manager and business consultant, and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as system engineer and project manager. He completed a master's degree in science (engineer) at the University of Antwerp in 1996.
