Gokhun Selcuk

Gokhun Selcuk is a co-founder and CEO of Orbion Technologies, a role he has held since September 2025. He is based in Eindhoven.

Before founding Orbion Technologies, he worked as a hardware engineer at Airios from December 2019 to August 2025. Between September 2004 and May 2019 he was a radio frequency engineer at Aselsan.

Selcuk studied at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University), where he completed a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering from 1999 to 2004 and a second bachelor's degree in physics through a double major programme from 2001 to 2005. He went on to a master's degree in electrical and electronic engineering, completed in 2008, and a PhD in the same field, completed in 2014. He attended İstanbul Atatürk Fen Lisesi from 1996 to 1999.
