Gregoire De Donnea
Gregoire became CEO of Smovin in 2022. Before that he served as CEO of UNICA Laundry Systems and held roles at Fiducial Office Solutions, L'Oreal, Electrolux, and Küppersbusch. Smovin was originally created in 2017 to simplify property management and has grown to support over 40,000 rental units in Belgium and France.
The platform automates rent tracking, financial reporting, tenant communications, and contract management. Smovin has partnered with ING Belgium to offer property management services to the bank's real estate customers, and is expanding internationally.
