Grégoire Leplat

Grégoire Leplat is a co-founder of Objectory, based in Brussels, where he has served as co-founder and co-CEO since April 2025.

Before that he spent three years at Foodiz, joining as head of operations in March 2022 and becoming chief operating officer in September 2023, a role he held until March 2025. From September 2021 to March 2022 he was a senior consultant in operational excellence at Resultance, specialising in transport and logistics. He was previously a customer success manager at Urbantz from March 2019 to September 2021, and worked at Decathlon Belgium from January 2017, first as a department manager and then as e-commerce logistics manager. He began his career as a research and development assistant at Easyfairs in early 2016.

Leplat studied economics and management at the Université catholique de Louvain, graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2014, and completed a master's in management at the Louvain School of Management in 2016.
