Guido Petretto

Guido Petretto is the founder and chief technology officer of Matgenix, a company he founded in June 2020. He is based in Bergamo.

Before founding Matgenix, Petretto worked in academic research. He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Université catholique de Louvain from August 2014 to December 2021, a position he continued to hold during the first eighteen months of Matgenix. Earlier, from September 2012 to June 2014, he was a postdoctoral researcher at CEA.
