Background

Guillaume Boutin was appointed CEO of Proximus in late 2019 and led the group through its fibre rollout strategy, the international growth of subsidiaries TeleSign and BICS, and the alignment of the consumer brand around Proximus and Pickx. He resigned as CEO on 17 April 2025 and stepped down as a director on 15 May 2025. Before Proximus he held senior positions in the French telecom and media industry.
