Guillaume co-founded Fyteko in 2014 alongside Dr. Juan Carlos Cabrera and Benedicte O'Sullivan. The company has developed a proprietary enzymatic synthesis technology using biosourced molecules to create biostimulants, herbicide enhancers, and biopesticides. Key products include Nurspray, Nurseed, and Nursoil, all targeting abiotic stress in crops.
