Henri BRASSEUR
Henri Brasseur is a co-founder of hubbiz and is based in Loire. Since September 2018 he has also been an apprentice baker at Coeur de Lys. He studied at IUT Troyes from 2016 to 2018, and trained in boulangerie with the Compagnons du devoir, where he prepared a CAP boulanger.
