
Henry Stehle is the CEO and co-founder of Aortex, a company he started in December 2025. He is based in Hamburg.
Before that, he was a strategy analyst at Accenture from December 2022 to November 2025, and during 2025 he was a fellow of the World Economic Forum between June and November. From September 2020 to December 2022 he was CFO of BioInterio, and from April 2021 he was an exchange student with the IDEA League.
Earlier in his career he worked at PEM Motion on three occasions: an internship from November 2017 to February 2018, his bachelor thesis from June to September 2018 and a working student position from November 2019 to June 2020. He also completed a project thesis at the Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL der RWTH Aachen and an internship at Daimler AG, and worked as a personal fitness trainer at RWTH GYM from October 2015 to December 2021.
He studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University, followed by a master's degree in management and engineering in production systems there and at Maastricht School of Management, and a master's degree in management at ETH Zürich.
