Hermanni Aho

Hermanni Aho is the CEO and co-founder of Aident, a role he has held since June 2026, and is based in Helsinki. Since April 2025 he has also been CEO of Kandidaattikustannus Oy, where he was previously head of sales from November 2024 to March 2025. Between April and December 2025 he was a visiting researcher at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL).

Earlier, Aho sat on the board of Aalto Entrepreneurship Society during 2024, was head of finance at Dash from December 2022 to January 2024, and co-founded Billed, which he was involved with until November 2023. He worked at Fazer in food production and later in warehousing between 2021 and 2022, spent a period as a school assistant at Kankaan koulu, and worked as a salesperson at Kirjakauppa.com in 2018 and 2019.

He began a Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Helsinki in 2024 and studied information and service management at Aalto University from 2022 to 2025. He attended the Reserve Officer School in 2021 and 2022, and Lahden Yhteiskoulun Lukio from 2018 to 2021.
