Hugues Bouard
Hugues Bouard is Chief Executive Officer of Navitrans Logistics Software, a role he took up in July 2026. He is based in France. Since July 2025 he has been a co-founder and board member of Parcel Innovation, and since January 2021 the owner of Samothrace.
From July 2020 to December 2024 he headed global sales and strategy at Tucson Technology. He joined Logistyx Technologies in August 2017 as business development director for EMEA and became VP EMEA sales in April 2018. Before that he was sales director for France and then for Europe at Eyefreight, and an account executive for cloud solutions at SAP. At Emptoris, an IBM company, he worked as a sales engineer and then as an account executive between 2006 and 2012, having previously been a project manager at DHL France and project director at cc-hubwoo. He began his career at SAPMarkets in 1997 as a consultant, later working there as a business developer and solution architect.
He holds an engineering diploma in production systems and logistics from the Institut français de Mécanique avancée and an executive master in technology from École Polytechnique, and studied at the University of Cambridge.
