Jan Battheu

Jan Battheu is CEO of Jaga Climate Designers - HQ, a role he took up in December 2024, and is based in Diepenbeek. He states expertise in general management, negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, business strategy and strategic planning.

He holds several concurrent positions: president of the board of advisors at PANELTIM nv since October 2024, member of the board of advisors at Louverdrape - Lecluyse nv since April 2023, and Mercurio Global Ambassador at Voka-Vlaams netwerk van ondernemingen since August 2020. He has owned BPM&C bvba since October 2008. He sat on the board of advisors of Moments Furniture from June 2021 and was a director of Tech-M (Marelec group) between July 2020 and January 2023, having earlier been a member of the International Advisory Board at VOKA from May 2016 to July 2020.

From October 2016 to November 2024 he was managing director of Delta Light Group. Before that he was general manager sales and marketing at Unilin, division Panels, and sales and marketing director at Shadow Belgium, following a period as business unit manager at Base. Earlier he worked at UNILIN, first as export manager for eastern Europe and then as sales director for the same region, and at Autostar - Vereenooghe as a sales representative from June 2000.

He completed a master in mergers and acquisitions at the Institute for Business Development in 2010, after a bachelor in marketing at Katho - dept. HANTAL.
