Jan Meyer
Jan Meyer is a co-founder of buildinsights, where he has been senior technical manager since September 2019 and also serves as a senior technical expert. He is based in Gent. Since January 2020 he has been the owner of Global Technical Consulting.
Before buildinsights, Meyer worked at Arcadis, first as a project leader from 2003 and then, from April 2013 until August 2019, as project coordinator for technical services. He was a department head at Imtech Maintenance between October 1998 and November 2003, and worked in HVAC at Air & Chaleur from 1988 to 1998.
Meyer studied electricity at the Stedelijk technisch instituut Gent from 1966 to 1973, and completed the VOL-VCA certification for supervisors at HaCeCo.
